The Jason Statham Workout Routine – Amazing Tips on How to Get Ripped Like Jason Statham

Jason Statham is a British actor who is known for his thrilling action roles in movies such as Death Race, The Transporter, Crank and The Bank Job. He is also very skilled in martial arts and interestingly he insists on doing all of the fight scenes in his movies himself.

In order to film these fight scenes to a high standard Jason needs to keep himself in top shape, combining a defined muscular body with amazing athletic ability.

Here are the top tips that define The Jason Statham Workout Routine:

Warm Up

Jason starts off on the rowing machine and usually does around 2000 metres in about 10 minutes. Then it’s on to 20 repetitions of body weight squats before he is ready to move on to the main workout.

The Workout

It’s time for a high intensity circuit workout! With the stopwatch timing him there’s not much time for resting as he goes from exercise to exercise.

Starting off with 5 reps on each exercise he soon moves on to 10 reps, then 15 reps and eventually 20!

The exercises that he uses in his workout include Rope Climbs, Front Squats, Ball Slams, Bench Presses, Pull Ups and Dips.

Diet

Eating six small meals a day his diet consists mainly of foods such as chicken, eggs, fish, potatoes, salad, vegetables and whey protein. He drinks lots of water to keep himself hydrated throughout the day and he also keeps his alcohol intake to a minimum.

As you can see, the Jason Statham workout routine is definitely intense, and it keeps him in excellent shape for his movie roles.
