Muscle Building Tips – Get Bigger Muscles Easily

Some of the muscle building tips that you find on the internet will in fact slow down your progress because there is so much misinformation on the internet. As a personal trainer I can give you the information that you need to achieve your goals of putting on muscle fast and getting ripped at the same time.

So what are the best muscle building tips? Well first of all those who believe that the more you go to the gym the bigger you will get is in fact a lie because if you want to put on muscle quickly you have to let your body recover. There are 3 rules that I go by for allowing my clients to pack on muscle fast and they are:

1. Train in the gym 3 to 4 times a week but only use the heavy movements like squats, bench press, military press, chin ups, barbell curls, dips and leg press. These exercises require the most muscle to perform and therefore will develop your muscles in the fastest time possible. How ever do not do every exercise every time you go to the gym instead pick 3 of them and perform 6 sets of each and your workout will be complete but trust me it will not be easy.

2. Eat right and eat a lot. If you want to put on muscle you have to focus on eating plenty of protein coming from whey protein, whole eggs, organic milk, tuna, salmon and chicken. Do not forget your carbohydrates like oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato and fruit.

3. Supplement wisely making sure your body is full of the compounds it needs to put on muscle. When choosing supplements you should try and aim for ones including beta-alanine, creatine and glutatime.
