If you are a trainer or bodybuilder, you know its an absolute nightmare to workout and not be able to see any improvements in your muscle building routines.
You’ve learned to maximize and speed up progress during your workouts but its through experimentation that you were able to achieve your fitness goals. And with summer coming, you would like to show more skin at the beach.
These 5 muscle building tips will be able to help you get into shape and feel positive about yourself as you continue to shape up your body long after your tan.
1. Results Don’t Happen Overnight
Enjoy you muscle and bodybuilding and all the physical and health benefits it has too offer, nothing else. It will take time, patience, effort and energy before seeing any results.
2. What’s your Five?
What I mean by that is you must take your key points of muscle building from these 5 things: front barbell squat, dumbbell bench presses, shoulder press, chin up and crunches. Reps, good combos and balance is a great muscle building tip that should be taken into account.
3. Don’t Be Lazy
Its important to be familiar with those 5 things above, they are the basic techniques of body and muscle building. Many bodybuilders do not go through these phases and go for the easier workouts and lifts. Doing all 5 techniques is very important or you’re just wasting time.
4. Have a Training Workout Partner
Another great tip is to find someone like you and train with them. Find someone who is as committed as much as you are and with similar muscle building goals. When working out with a partner, it will lead to a competitive mode and motivates you to work even harder. A training partner imposes accountability, competition, fun and productivity as you exercise.
5. Do Short, but Intense Routines
Your goal is to go to the gym and exercise in less than an hour. Remember, the intensity of training depends on two factors: your choice of exercise and the workout speed. Therefore, as you can improve your bodybuilding, you have to do exercises that are more difficult and demanding.
Going through the motions is not what this is about, its the time, commitment and energy that will reap the rewards.
